Not really. I don’t own a solar filter. I guess I could order one. But I sorta kinda wonder if it’s worth it. It won’t be a full eclipse here.

I mean, I guess I could…. but we’re like an 8-9 hour drive from the closest total eclipse location…. and that seems like an awful lot of work. Hell, I’m too lazy and poor to even buy the solar filter.

I mean, I’m aware of her. I don’t know if I’ll address her or not. I’ll be talking about what I call the “kid sister” archetype at some point. She fits squarely there.
Basically, my premise is that in order to take sexuality out of the equation entirely, some heroine are presented as either prepubescent or infantile teens and generally positioned as child relatives. This allows them to compete in the male dominated superhero field with their older relative with no concern for being a romantic/sexual partner. Penny lives in that world.
