The film was The Heat with Melissa Mccarthy and sandra Bullock. You’re recalling this from hearing Melissa on Howard Stern today.

I sympathize. I was looking at a Redbox and saw Chris Pine as the new Jack Ryan and remembered seeing trailers for the movie in the theaters but NEVER saw it come out IN the theater… So I was all, like, “when the hell did that happen?”
Oh and if it WAS The Heat, I really enjoyed it but I am a big Melissa McCarthy fan anyway. 🙂

None of those seem right. Though now that George mentions The To Do List, I feel like that might be on the right path. Like maybe it was a raunchy girl sex comedy. But maybe not. I’ve seen that one in any case.

I need to start writing down trailers I like when I go to movies.
