I was actually relatively fine during the 12 hour drive yesterday. I mean, no one loves a 12 hour drive, but I was pretty much ok. But I woke up this morning with a very sore knee.
Luckily, I took the extra day off work, so that meant I could relax and rehab it, right?
Well, yeah, except I used my day off to run a bunch of errands, clean the house, mow the lawn and work on the pool. To the point where my knee was just throbbing.
After Steph got home from work, Morgan came over and the three of us nursed our injuries (my knee, Steph’s back and Morgan’s neck, all from various problems) in the hottub.
I felt better. We watched some TV. Morgan went home. Steph went to bed.
OW OW OW OW… it’s back.
Getting old sucks.
Yeah, but it sure beats the alternative!
lrayholly: Which is what? Chopping it off? Steph actually suggested I do that and get a snazzy bionic one yesterday.
