Day 603 of 365 More.

Done!

After just over a month of solid work, I finished the last page of the Cosmic Hellcats comic tonight at 10pm. Then I turned my attention to taking my daily photo.

Since I had known I intended to finish it today, my original idea was to take a photo of me holding a mock-up of the cover, but I hadn’t actually done that yet. In fact, even though all 24 pages of the comic proper were done, I still needed to do a few more extras for the book. Still, I had kind of this sense of euphoria. After barely sleeping for a solid month, I was done. I wrote a comic book. I read through it. It’s even good. Go me.

Of course, then I ended up staying up til 8am finishing the cover and all of the extras, which is why this wasn’t posted yesterday. But who the fuck cares. I’m done now. I wrote a comic book.

ROCK ON! I’m glad you’re finally finished! And now I hope it sells out like crazy and you need to do extra pressruns to make up for the huge demand at comicon.
