Day 981 of 365 Again.
It’s a traveling weekend. Amaya had a couple shoots in DC and since Steph and I were filling up to an adventure, we agreed to take her out there in exchange for a nice meal and hotel room. The hotel happened to be next to the US Patent office. It was closed of course, but for some reason I just thought it was really cool.
I wish I had found some way to patent/trademark the whole concept of 365 Days when I started it. I’d be rich by now.
I saw that and thought "Woo Hoo! He’s come up with a new invention!"

I am not sure you could patent it as a "system/method" but I’m not a patent lawyer just a patent librarian. Some searching of current Trademarks has some related marks by Whole Foods and a calendar company. Some expired trademarks are "365 DAYS OF SEX" and "365-PICTURE-A-DAY"
