And it’s Friday. The last day of my power diet. I still have a bit of a gut, but I lost 5 pounds this week. Which puts me halfway to my goal of the 175 I wanted to be at, and I think that’s pretty damn good.
Tomorrow is Jammy Jam and hopefully that will all be worth it. You know, assuming the party isn’t a total bust and nobody comes.

@ninjanun: Mine is obsessive. And it was pretty heavy crashing and unhealthiness. You don’t want him to do it that way. Tell him to find a healthy way.
