Even though I was doing the anti-mav thing of using highkey predominantly white photos, I decided it might make sense to do some more normal (for me) chiaroscuros as well. Maybe I’ll juxtapose the images in the final show. Maybe I’ll just go for the white ones. Opinions?

i like this one best. There is something about all the dark space and the way her body is positioned that makes it seem etheral
Agreed with spresogna that this is the best one.
love this!
great pose & hair. 🙂
My original preferences remain the understated black and whites, if only for their subtlety.
@spresogna and @Jack Scoresby: so you guys are definitely voting for having both the darks and the lights? or just the darks?
@*Syl*: thank you.
@DeHoll: thanks.
I vote both
Fantastic!
@Jack Scoresby: that’s the current plan. We’ll see how it goes.
@sanna_nixi: thanks.
The lighting is incredible!
@homme de chevre: thanks. This whole series is all about light.
This one is great, the lighting and pose, and then the bold "blackness" all around her.. makes a very intriguing shot!

Seen in your Black and Light set. (?)
@MrLuke: I’m hoping the offset of blacks and whites makes for an interesting display in the final exhibit.
