Day 93 of 365 days.

Today was another of those days where I didn’t actually have an idea I was looking forward to. I kind of put taking a picture off for a while and then just went down in the basement and played around for a bit. Then I came up with this idea for an extreme close up of my eye. But before I got that set up I decided I liked one of my test shots. So I played around with it in photoshop and that’s what we have here. This is actually a single tone image using a color sample from my skin as an overlay on a high contrast black and white. I liked how it came out, so here it is.

I was thinking you had managed to layer sepia over a color photo, but then I read your description. Yeah, it did come out well!
