Day 37 of 365 days.

And I am now 10% complete. How terribly exciting. Went shopping today. Didn’t buy anything but I spent a lot of time looking at digital SLR cameras. I am feeling very good about the Canon EOS 400D Digital Rebel XTi, and that could very well be the camera that I am taking these pictures with in the very near future.

In bad news, I broke the antenna on my cell phone today. Luckily I was thinking of getting a new one soon anyway. Sigh… everything goes to hell at once.

Canon makes a good SLR. I’m into bed with Nikon, but I’ve got friends who swear by Canon. Hey, I saw you with the MacBook in another shot – had random shutdowns yet?

@macaddict: Not really, for some reason sometimes if I am using it on battery power it goes to sleep with like 11 min. of power left and before it has even given me a warning. My old powerbook g4 had that problem sometimes too. And I had my built in isight die this weekend, which sucks because I’d need to send it away to get it fixed and I use it for work, so i don’t really have a good time to go a week without my laptop.

@pi c’s: Well, the antenna broke off mine. Its working, but I should get it fixed. And I’ve had it for two years anyway, so Verizon will give me a discount, but it still sucks. I’m not terribly excited about any of the options I’ve seen.
