dammit… why can’t I come up with a word for photo that starts with “B”? It’s ruining my alliteration.
Anyway, the infinitely lovely and twice as talented beststephi has a birthday coming up on Saturday and she has requested that for the event I get people together to take her to Nakama for dinner. Nakama has a notoriously long wait (when we tried to go there on Friday, it was an hour and a half) so in order to do so, I’m going to need to make reservations ahead of time. I don’t think they’ll have a funny hat for her to wear, but they do have excellent food. So if you’d like to join us, please let me know so I can have an accurate head count for the reservation.
In other news, Flickr has been inspiring me to take a wild boyish fling at digital photography once again, so I need more models. So if you’re interested in letting me immortalize you in film electrons, then I’d be totally thankful. It’s usually pretty fun, and I won’t even make you take your clothes off. Though, hey, if you’re really cute, I probably won’t complain. Who’s interested?
The german word for pictures is “Bilder”.
Also, regarding Nakama, when Rachael and I were dating, we were able to walk in on Valentines day. Apparently we were eye-bleedingly lucky.
yeah… you must have been. Every time I’ve been there around dinner time, they’ve been crazy busy.

Flickr is great fun, isn’t it? I haven’t posted new pics (or looked at any) in too long. Having a life has been getting in the way of my internet adventures lately. I guess I won’t complain about that. 😉
yeah… I love flickr. I need to take more pics. I’ve been specializing in portraits and glamour shots lately. Did you get a flickr profile image yet? I’ve been quite fond of it and using it to quickly see how many photos I have in explore and just see some of my better photos that I haven’t looked at lately.
Oh, and there are a bunch of other portraits and stuff I have on flickr. Check them out and let me know what you think.
I believe I’ve said this before… but it bears repeating: you should do the Mav Photo Tour and come take pictures of your friends in exotic locations. I’ll start you off with Seattle 🙂
Actually… I went shopping for a suit this weekend ’cause a friend of mine is going to dress me up as a drag king and do a photo shoot of me. Should be interesting.

I saw the Jammy Jam pictures, boy does it seem like I missed a good time.
As for Nakama, they provide birthday beads, a la Mardi Gras beads, for the birthday person. I was there with Caroline for her birthday.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend, but please wish Steph a wonderful and happy birthday. 🙂
