So Colors is on MoMax right now. Something in one of the early scenes just bothered me a lot. Now I pass no judgement whatsoever on people being in gangs. I’m fine with that. What I don’t understand, is that if you are in an L.A. street gang, in the midst of of a gang war, why the hell would you be standing out in front of your house by the curb, doing nothing but waiting for drive-by to come and cap your ass? That doesn’t make any sense. They were just standing around doing nothing right by the curb. Don’t these people have basements or something? I mean, even a living room. Something with a wall between you and the MOST LIKELY PLACE IN THE WORLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD SHOOT YOU!
