Just got back from playing tennis with beststephi, max1975 and anisodragnfly. Max and I finally proved that Steph was mentally weak by defeating her. Yay!
I bought new crosstrainers to play in since my old one has pretty much had it. Unfortunately they only had size 10 (i normally wear 10 1/2 or 10 Wide), so they were pretty tight and now my feet hurt a bunch. But they were on clearance, and Grandma taught me never to pass up a good sale. I’m hoping that they stretch out a bit, as shoes tend to do. Sigh. They are pretty good shoes though.
Uh, you realize that when 2 men and 2 women play doubles, it’s usually played mixed, right? And that beating 2 girls doesn’t prove anything.
Obviously Jenn just needs to get used to Steph’s extremely aggressive net game and the 2 of them could beat you guys easily.

damn straight… I have way to much respect for women as a gender to insult them by forcing them to be backed up by a man. Steph and Jenn were not unlike the dream team, and yet Max and I won due to our acute minds and skill. Quite frankly, we RULE!
