I love when something just works out. I was taking pictures of Amaya and Sarah for their clone shots, but they happen to pose just perfectly for a portrait. i made them hold it and quickly reposition to get this shot. It’s just the perfect bit of attitude. I wish I had a magazine or CD cover to put them on.

Had a shoot with both Amaya and Sarah yesterday. At first we didn’t have any real ideas, and frankly I have been burnt out, so we started out with a basic concept. Naughty and Nice clones. I was kind of inspired by the 80s B-movie "Angel" where this 15-year old girl is a sweet innocent high-school student by day and a nasty skanky prostiture/vigilante crime fighter at night.
They probably would have looked better if I had done it with scenery instead of just on a black backdrop. Still, its kinda neat showing how verstaile both of the girls are.

Sometimes its amazing how simple something can be. I spent months obsessing over how I was going to rig the hanged man card just right to have someone hanging upside down by one foot. Only in the last week or so did it occur to me that I had changed the base pose of pretty much every other card, so why not that one?
Anyway, once I figured out that i should change the base pose, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with this one. I had wanted a male bondage card to offset Temperance anyway, and Cade seemed like a natural for it.

I loved this one shot from the Jameel and Stu photoshoot so much that I decided it had to be the Lovers card. While on one hand it’s nice to have another card done for the deck, it kind of sucks that now I have to redo both of their previous cads, Wheel of Fortune and The Tower. Bt really, I guess it’s for the best. I want the deck to look as good as possible, and this one is just perfect.

Decided it was long past time I posted some more cards. I wonder if people even remember that I was doing this. Anyway, I had shot a couple more cards in some of my last few photoshoots but been holding off on dealing with them since I had so much else going on. I thought it was high time I put them up though.
I never met Leann before the day I shot her. She had heard about the projeet and wanted to be a part of it. But once I started shooting her, the exact way her hair was, her tattoos and even her body just screamed to me that I had found my Justice card.

This one was shot during my shoot with Dyllan. She had wanted to be a part of the Tarot project almost since I started it. And as she was moving away, I figured it was one of our last chances. Dyllan is a singer, and so choosing her to use a microphone as a staff seemed totally obvious.
