I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, on of my favorite things
about Zivity is getting to meet new models in locations that I wouldn’t
normally meet anyone.
A few weeks ago, I was on vacation in the
Outer Banks, North Carolina. I was bored one night and logged into the
Zivity chat room and complained that it was gorgeous on the beach and I
wished I had a model to shoot. Nfern mentioned that she only lived an
hour or so away and after a brief discussion we set a shoot for the very
next day.
Really, we just wanted to do something fun and
different and we thought it’d be cute to do a Sports Illustrated
Swimsuit edition style shoot on the beach. But when she got to my condo
she wanted to go shopping first and while we were out there, I saw an
awesome shirt that said “I am a Fucking Genius.” The shoot concept was
set in stone from there.
For those who don’t know, MENSA in a
genius society. If you have a high enough IQ and take their test, you
can be a member. They publish a magazine called MENSA Bulletin that has
brain teasers and articles by the members, but I thought, “what if there
were a swimsuit edition?” A swimsuit edition for the geeks. I bet it
would be something like this.
