Nice view. The street is called the Royal Mile (specifically the green bus is on Lawnmarket and the white bus is on the High Street) which runs from the Edinburgh Castle down to the Palace of Holyrood House.
It looks like you are at the top of the Camera Obscura (although you may be a little farther over to the right for that – I’m trying to work out the line of sight in my head)

good eye. It is in fact the Royal Mile and yes, it is taken from the top of the Camera obscura.
