so since I lost my background image when my laptop hard drive died (there you go<\/a>, wooble<\/a>), I decided I needed a new one. At least temporarilly. I had recently been impressed with the new craze in “transparent” desktop images<\/a>, so I decided to make one of my own. <\/p>\n

Most of the ones on the flickr photoset<\/a> I linked to are of course better than mine<\/a>, but hey, I did mine entirely with my camera phone (both for taking the background image pic and taking the final pic of the laptop). Maybe I’ll do a better one later when I have my real camera and card reader and stuff. I actually have a pretty decent idea for one.
