Once upon a time I used to take photos regularly. Then grad school happened. It turns out grad school is not terribly conducive to free time for side careers. Whodathunk, right?
Anyway, I was contacted by the lovely and talented Chelsey to shoot some promo photos for her hula hooping performance art business. And like if you’re going to take a few months off from photography, what better time to come back than to shoot pictures of a girl that is literally on fire?

Excellent work and great choice of location for the contrasts in elements and the ability to use the shade of the caves for longer exposure stuff. Very nice!

The girls just saw them. They loved them, there was a lot of gasping and O.M.G.ing! I said my favorite was #29, Sophia says “No! #30!” Nevaeh said she couldn’t pick a favorite, she loved them all.
Absolutely stunning! Love the fire and water. And the images appearing in her flames. Chelsey Stauffer is beautiful and obviously very talented. Kudos to both of you!
