Actually, I totally stole this idea from Ms Morgan who made her own shamless plea a while back. So since she gave me the idea, you should totally go friend her too.
Anyway, and most importantly, I haven’t plugged Cosmic Hellcats in forever. But tonight’s is kinda cool, I think. it’s the whole ninjas vs. pirates thing is something we’ve been working on all year with the comic and tonight’s is something we’ve been looking forward to for the past couple weeks. There’s a lot going on and, well, I just want to know if it’s funny or not. See, most strips I have some right in your face punchline jokes and Max and I always throw in a lot of meta-comic wankery that we learned about from reading Scott McCloud books and that really no one gets or cares about but us. But tonight’s episode is just packed full of hidden goodies, some obvious, some less so. And well, I think it’s really funny, anyway. Especially if you’re a long time comic fan, a manga or anime fan, a discover channel fan, or you like to drink. Hell, I think it’s just funny, so really give it a chance and let us know what you think. In fact, PLEASE let us know what you think. We get a decent number of readers each strip (it can always be more though) but we get very few comments, and it’s nice to have that kind of feedback. So make yourself a free account on the server (or just comment anonymously) and drop us a line. Then tell everyone you know to do the same.
You know, Max and I are only like a million readers away from being able to do this full time.
