I’ve really slacked off this winter. I’ve barely exercised at all, and I have a growing gut to prove it. This isn’t exactly a new thing, I do it in the winter a lot, but never this bad. I’ve just got so much going on lately that I’m not left with a lot of free time.
But really, that has to change. Even if I’m not doing my regular workouts (I like to do a solid hour of cardio), I need to do something. So I took a break tonight and did 20 minutes on the elliptical, followed by chugging this here glass of water.
it felt good. Not great, but good. That’s something. Now lets just make sure I can keep it up.
