I have a bad shoulder. Dislocated it early in my pro-wrestling career and it’s never been the same since. Really, it doesn’t give me too much trouble, but every once in a while it stiffens up a bit and doing this becomes hard. I guess that’s not really all that much of a problem because most people probably can’t do that anyway, but I like my flexibility. So when my shoulders (or my back or my neck) stiffen up, I like to push the stretching as far as possible to loosen up.
Still, I really could use a good masseuse.
Watched the first season of Secret Diary of a Call Girl on DVD this weekend. Fascinating series. Despite the title it’s really an interesting story basically about trying to find what you want out of life. Maybe I should become a call girl myself.
