Well, you know it must be spring because it’s time to mow the lawn again. Actually, I should have done this a week ago, but I was busy. And since I’ll be at Comicon all weekend I figured it was time I did something about the grass.
So I did some mowing when I got home. The problem with that first mow of the year is that the grass is just really thick. It took forever to get through it. And in fact, I’m still not done. I quit around 8:45 because it was getting dark and I didn’t want to disturb the neighbors.
You know, this here is why I need to have kids. That grass isn’t going to mow itself.

This is why I pay someone to do it… I mowed too many lawns when I was a youth… I don’t want to do it anymore… blah!!
How many time did the mower get choked with grass? 🙂

@gotplaid?: yeah. And I was so busy all weekend that I still haven’t had time to finish it.
@theshape: yeah… its nice to know that I’m not the only one fighting with chores.
@lrayholly: actually, it had been more or less dormant and then just really sprouted in a week or so.
