Finished the first chapter (8 pages) of the comic tonight. Now 2 chapters (16 pages) to go. It’s a lot of work but I’ll get there.
That said, the late nights and long hours are starting to get to me. I just feel tired. And I know what you’ll all say, get some rest. But the thing is, this means more to me than sleep. This means more to me than work right now. Really, its even trumping my photography (though there’s going to be a photography element to the book too).
Anyway, I wanted to do a creative SP at least once a week, but every ounce of my originality and creativity is sapped by the Hellcats. So instead I thought I’d brighten the flickr world (well darken it) by paying homage to the great Jack Scoresby. Jack is not only a good friend and fellow elseworld artist but he’s one of the most innovative photographers I’ve ever met. Especially when it comes to dark macabre stuff like killing yourself.
Unfortunately, at the moment, Jack is busy as he ran away to join the navy. So in the meantime, I thought I’d take up a little of the slack for him.

@lrayholly: yeah, but who knows where that fingers been? Actually, in the shadow I have a toy gun, but you can’t tell as much as I’d hoped.

You could grab Sarah, grow 9 feet, and recreate panel 1 from page 8.
