And now, my sleep schedule is all screwed up.
I decided to do that Kevin Smith movie extra gig. My call was 8am, and I didn’t want to be late, so for the first time in ages, I went to sleep early.
Around 4am Steph woke me up. The wind was so heavy that she was worried about the windows, so she went checking to make sure none of them had broken seals or anything, and the noise woke me up. When I looked out the window I found that the wind was blowing so hard the trees were sideways. And then our power went out. No power means no alarm clock. No alarm clock means I wouldn’t wake up in time to make an 8am call. So that meant no going back to sleep.
The movie was fun. Well, as fun as these things get, anyway. I saw some famous people (Kevin Smith, Seth Rogan, Elizabeth Banks, Katie Morgan), got paid to hang out in a strip club all day, and had catering that was to die for. Not a bad way to spend a day.
Came home to find the retaining wall between my yard and the neighbors damaged by wind debris. Something else that needs to be fixed.
Didn’t get around to posting this last night because I passed out at home before I got around to it. Now I have to figure out something for today. Maybe at tonight’s poker game.
Ummmm, you don’t use the alarm on your cell phone? That’s the only one I use anymore.

I know it’s bad that your sleep schedule is off; I know that it’s bad that the retaining wall is damaged; I know that it’s bad that you’re worn out.
