I’m getting fat. Honestly half the time I feel like I’m already there. Really, I don’t need to lose much weight, but I could stand to dump 10 pounds again. And tone up. I’ve seriously slacked off on my workouts and I’m in really crappy shape. So I decided to change all of that tonight. Did about 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, and I plan to step it up in the coming weeks.
Traditionally I’ve always put on a little weight during the winter and then around spring started working to cut it off before Jammy Jam. Didn’t cut as much as I wanted this year (partially because I was lazy) and I’ve decided that maybe now its time to live a little healthier. Steph says she’s going to join me. We’ll see how it goes.
